William B. Bradford
Board Certified Radiation Oncologist
Dr. William Bradford leads your team at Cumberland Radiation Associates, LLC., with more than 22 years’ experience.
Originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Dr. Bradford graduated from the University of Louisville, and completed his residency at James Graham Brown Cancer Center, also in Louisville. He has been serving the southern, middle Tennessee area well over 18 years and has committed to the area by investing in the most advanced technology.
Donna Bradford
Marketing & Public Relations
My background is in HR and business management. I have been with Cumberland Radiation for 10 years. I am responsible for managing the office, public relations and marketing. I work to enhance the clinics reputation and maintain contacts with referring physicians and increase public awareness of the services offered.
I am a member of Compassions International, Continental Who’s Who, The International Women’s Leadership Association, and The National Association of Professional Women.
In enjoy my work at Cumberland Radiation. We have a great staff that is compassionate about their work which makes my work enjoyable. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, cooking, history, gardening and spending as much time as I can with my daughters and grandchildren.
Michelle Perry
Office Administration
Michelle has spent several years serving in the medical field, first with internal Medicine Specialists in Winchester from 1991 to 1998 and now with Tullahoma Imaging from January 2019 to the present time. At Tullahoma Imaging, she handles phone calls, schedules appointments, sends reports to physicians, and works with insurance companies. In the interim between the two medically related jobs, she raised her two sons and served as a “professional volunteer” for Little League baseball, PeeWee football, and school PTO, athletic, and band associations.
Michelle has been an officer for the FCHS Rebel Baseball backers for several years. She is the association’s secretary for 2020. Michelle, her husband, and their two sons live in Estill Springs. Michelle likes to spend time in and around their pool, read, and listen to music.
Unknown fact – Michelle has been an officer and/or volunteer in at least one (usually multiple) non-profit organizations every year since 2005. Currently, they are the baseball backers and Project Graduation 2020!

Office Administration
My name is Andrea McFarlane. My husband and I have been married for two years and together we have two children. I have been with Cumberland Radiation Associates for 4.5 years where I work in the front office and handle all the daily functions of the office. I have a passion for helping our patients and to try and make this journey as easy as possible.
Mark Martin
Dosimetrist
Mark is a certified medical dosimetrist at Cumberland Radiation Associates in Tullahoma Tennessee. He received his B.A in organizational management, along with multiple clinical degrees and certificate programs between 1991 and 1996 from Convenient College in Lookout Mt, Georgia and Chattanooga State Community College in Chattanooga, TN.
After a ten year career managing and directing the department of radiation therapy at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga he took a position as V.P. of operation for US Oncology in Greenville, S.C. There he became reacquainted with medical dosimetry and finished his training and education and formed his company, Professional Dosimerty Services where he is successfully operating for more than fifteen years. He is a full time member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologist, the American Association of Medical Dosimetrists and the American Association of Radiation Therapists.
He loves fishing and kayaking and is an avid Atlanta Braves fan. He currently resides in Sale Creek, TN with his many family members.
Jason Foster
Jason is a radiation therapy assistant, MDX (limited scope x-ray tech), AEM therapist with patients and assist the physician with patients. I have been helping people and seeing them get better. I have been with Cumberland Radiation for 15 years. I am very active in my church.
